DREAM MAESTRO RUNS 3RD IN THE GRADE 3 "SPEND A BUCK".

Ione & Herb Elkin's Dream Maestro ran beautifully under Juan Leyva to score his second graded placing.
Dream Maestro broke alertly but was caught behind horses going into the first turn. Not used to this position, Dream Maestro was a little rank and Juan had to move him to the outside. Midway in the first turn Dream Maestro settled and got over to the rail in last position. He continued on smoothly to the 1/2 pole where he started to pick up horses. Midway on the second turn, Dream Maestro accelerated and was swung out into contention. Throughout the stretch run, Dream Maestro gained on the leaders and was beaten just 3/4 lengths at the wire.
His third place finish gave Dream Maestro a second graded placing. What a great effort!!!!
